Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to interact politely and professionally with guests
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and wait times
- Maintain an organized and welcoming host station
- Communicate effectively with serving staff and management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
- Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
- Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards of the host area
