Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- Memorize floor chart, table numbers, and steps of service
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the host stand and entrance area
- Adhere to uniform guidelines and appearance standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
