Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Available bedroom in the home
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle report
- Completion of all required company training
- Commitment to providing a nurturing and supportive home environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete and pass necessary training
- Patience and empathy in providing care
- Understanding of safety and health protocols
- Ability to advocate for individuals with disabilities
Job Duties
- Provide a safe and clean living environment
- Build rapport and supportive relationships with the person in care
- Advocate for the individual's needs and well-being
- Follow all required company training and procedures
- Manage daily caregiving responsibilities including personal care and health monitoring
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate records related to care and services provided
