Cooper's Hawk is a renowned restaurant and winery that prides itself on delivering unparalleled hospitality experiences. Established as a premier dining destination, Cooper's Hawk combines exceptional cuisine with an extensive selection of award-winning wines crafted in their very own winery. The brand is recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through its doors. With a culture that values teamwork, career growth, and a passion for culinary excellence, Cooper's Hawk offers a vibrant work environment where team members are supported and empowered to succeed. The company values diversity and inclusivity, ensuring equal opportunities for all applicants and providing accommodations throughout the employment process.

The role of a Host at Cooper's Hawk is pivotal in setting the tone for the entire guest experience. As the first point of contact, Hosts bring Uncompromising Hospitality to life by warmly welcoming each guest and managing the flow of the dining room to ensure smooth and enjoyable service. This position requires a person with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Hosts are responsible for greeting guests with energy, answering phone calls courteously, managing table seating efficiently, and maintaining a professional image at all times. They operate within a fast-paced environment, meaning multitasking skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure are essential. Cooper's Hawk provides hosts with ongoing wine and culinary education, fostering a deep knowledge base that enhances guest interactions. Additionally, hosts contribute to the memorable atmosphere by sharing insights about wines, particularly the exclusive Barrel Reserve wines, and by executing light side work to maintain a pristine entry area. This role is more than just greeting guests; it’s about creating personalized, welcoming experiences that make every visit special.

Working at Cooper's Hawk comes with numerous benefits and perks intended to support the health, wellness, and professional growth of its employees. These include competitive dining and retail discounts, access to monthly wine tastings, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and telehealth coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and paid time off with flexible scheduling options. Team members also enjoy early access to pay, wellness and mental health support, and recognition programs such as milestone acknowledgments and referral bonuses. The company fosters a culture of continuous improvement through a clearly defined career growth flight plan, encouraging hosts to develop their skills and advance within the organization. With a focus on teamwork, communication, and making personal connections, Cooper's Hawk ensures that hosts are well-supported in providing remarkable guest experiences while enjoying a fulfilling and rewarding career.
