Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- Must be able to stand or walk 100% of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone duties
- Manage table turn timing and seating rotation to ensure fairness
- Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies at the front desk and host stations
- Handle guest transactions accurately including bill calculations and 'To Go' orders
- Monitor guest satisfaction and notify management of any issues
- Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth operations
