Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- previous server experience preferred
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills required
- level 4 gaming license required
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to perform basic math skills
- ability to apply common sense understanding
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- ability to meet physical demands of the job
- must be able to work in a smoky environment

Job Duties
- Handle initial cordial reception of guests upon arrival
- Provide prompt courteous escort to dining tables
- Answer telephones and take reservations
- Verify reservations and complimentary arrangements
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance
- Seat guests according to rotation procedure
- Distribute menus and introduce staff
- Respond to guest questions and refer to management as needed
- Monitor guests’ needs and fulfill requests promptly
- Maintain professional rapport with marketing hosts
- Demonstrate promptness, efficiency, and courteousness
- Record preferential information within reservation system
- Utilize guest names when appropriate
- Maintain menu knowledge
- Use reservation system as directed
