The position available at Drakes restaurant within the Mint Julep Restaurant Management Group is for a Host, a critical role in the guest experience journey. Hosts serve as the first point of interaction between the restaurant and its guests, embodying the establishment's commitment to hospitality excellence. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- clear verbal communication

Job Duties
- Interact with guests coming in and as they leave to ensure a positive dining experience
- take guest’s information and quote wait times when tables are not immediately available
- observe tables and keep track of which ones are clean, dirty, and occupied
- clean, organize, and stock menus at the host stand
- answer phone calls concerning the menu and restaurant
- keep back of the house staff informed of traffic flow into the restaurant
