The Turning Point is an award-winning daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant with over 30 corporate locations throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, and Florida, with many more locations in development. The role available at Turning Point is for enthusiastic and outgoing team members who are committed to providing excellent hospitality service in a fast-paced environment. Employees will engage directly with guests, greeting and seating them, managing reservations and seating rotations to optimize the flow of the restaurant, and maintaining a welcoming and clean host station. This position includes responsibilities such as answering phone calls for to-go orders, table maintenance including wiping and resetting tables, and assisting servers with running food and responding promptly to guest requests during shifts.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas
- Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation
- Answer the phone and take to-go orders when necessary
- Keep the host stand neat, tidy, and presentable for guests
- Wipe and set tables, replace condiments, or other supplies
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
- Run food as needed to both bar and server's tables
- Assist the servers with any needs they may have to keep the guests happy
- Respond to any guest's requests during the shift
