The role available at Turning Point is for enthusiastic and outgoing team members who are committed to providing excellent hospitality service in a fast-paced environment. Employees will engage directly with guests, greeting and seating them, managing reservations and seating rotations to optimize the flow of the restaurant, and maintaining a welcoming and clean host station. This position includes responsibilities such as answering phone calls for to-go orders, table maintenance including wiping and resetting tables, and assisting servers with running food and responding promptly to guest requests during shifts.
