As a Host at Centrico and Tiendita, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by warmly welcoming guests and managing the host station efficiently. Your responsibilities will directly influence customer satisfaction and the smooth flow of service, from creating seating charts based on the floor plan and reservation books, to seating guests promptly while managing wait times. Additionally, you will ensure that the dining and serving areas maintain high cleanliness and setup standards. Communication is key in this role, which includes speaking with guests to confirm their satisfaction with the food and service, addressing any complaints courteously, and extending gratitude as they leave the restaurant. You will also be responsible for answering the restaurant telephone line during your assigned hours. This role requires a high energy level to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask effectively. Although prior experience in a guest service environment is preferred, the company welcomes applicants without a high school diploma or GED, emphasizing inclusivity and opportunity.
