  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays with variable overtime
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust

Job Duties

  • Provide fast, friendly, and professional service to guests and team members
  • Warmly greet and welcome each guest as they enter the restaurant
  • Escort guests to their tables while engaging in friendly conversation and building rapport
  • Accommodate guest seating preferences whenever possible, including table or booth requests
  • Manage guest seating to ensure fair rotation between service stations
  • Promote current specials and restaurant promotions with enthusiasm
  • Communicate important guest information to service staff and management (special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries)
  • Relay guest feedback, compliments, or concerns to management in a timely manner
  • Monitor restaurant activity and adjust seating plans based on business levels
  • Identify and communicate situations that may require management support
  • Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return as they leave
  • Answer phones
  • Support the team with additional duties as assigned
