Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional service to guests and team members
- Warmly greet and welcome each guest as they enter the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables while engaging in friendly conversation and building rapport
- Accommodate guest seating preferences whenever possible, including table or booth requests
- Manage guest seating to ensure fair rotation between service stations
- Promote current specials and restaurant promotions with enthusiasm
- Communicate important guest information to service staff and management (special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries)
- Relay guest feedback, compliments, or concerns to management in a timely manner
- Monitor restaurant activity and adjust seating plans based on business levels
- Identify and communicate situations that may require management support
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return as they leave
- Answer phones
- Support the team with additional duties as assigned
