Job Requirements
- High school education
- Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry preferred
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 5 hours
- Must be able to reach bend stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Weekend availability is a must
- Ability to work varied and flexible schedules
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to excellence and reliability
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate a POS system

Job Duties
- Be the face of Pacific Catch engaging with guests inviting guests in seating guests introducing the menu and answering the phone
- Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
- Respond to questions know where to find information if unknown
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure with all restaurant team members
- Adaptable flexible and able to manage a heavy workload with ability to prioritize and remember guest requests
- Operate a POS system accurately
- Maintain table waitlist effectively
- Assist with beverage service during peak seating times
- Handle cash and all financial transactions accurately
- Clear clean set and re-set tables with complete place settings including silverware glasses dishes and napkins
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and common areas such as tables counters equipment restrooms and floors
- Exercise care with all restaurant equipment dishes silverware and glasses to minimize breakage
- Proactively assist other team members during downtime or as requested by leaders
- Notify leadership of any comments suggestions or complaints from guests
