The Old Spaghetti Factory is currently seeking a Host/Busser to join its dynamic team. This role is unique in its dual nature, combining hosting responsibilities with bussing duties to create a seamless and welcoming customer experience. As a Host/Busser, you will be the first face that guests see, responsible for greeting and seating them with a warm and genuine attitude. You will also manage the guest flow, waitlists, and seating arrangements to optimize efficiency and ensure fairness. On the bussing side, you will maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area by resetting tables, restocking supplies, and adhering to sanitation standards to uphold the restaurant’s professional image.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage, with $12.50 per hour while working as a Host and $7.25 per hour as a Busser, plus the opportunity to earn tips. The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive and approachable demeanor. Successful candidates will be flexible, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
