Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a host or busser role within the food service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hospitality standards
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for managing reservations and billing
- Excellent customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and active listening
- Familiarity with hospitality standards, guest services, serving etiquette, and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in hospitality roles
Job Duties
