Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience as a host or in a similar role in a restaurant environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work days and nights including weekends
- basic knowledge of reservation management
- friendly and professional demeanor
- ability to multitask under pressure
Job Qualifications
- prior host or hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- strong greeting and guest-relations abilities
- knowledge of proper phone etiquette and front-of-house operations
- familiarity with serving basics and hospitality standards
- ability to multitask and manage reservations during busy periods
Job Duties
