Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience as a host or in a similar role in a restaurant environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work days and nights including weekends
  • basic knowledge of reservation management
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • ability to multitask under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • prior host or hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • strong greeting and guest-relations abilities
  • knowledge of proper phone etiquette and front-of-house operations
  • familiarity with serving basics and hospitality standards
  • ability to multitask and manage reservations during busy periods

Job Duties

  • greet guests and manage seating arrangements
  • handle multiple reservations and high volume periods
