Host-Bussers are the first and last point of contact for guests, playing a key role in creating positive, upbeat interactions that set the tone for the dining experience. Working closely with servers and other team members, Host-Bussers ensure that tables are promptly cleaned and seating flow is managed efficiently. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and carrying trays
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Acknowledge guests with an enthusiastic welcome and appreciative good-bye
- Positively interact with guests as they enter and ensure proper seating rotation and wait list procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and the restrooms
- Complete opening or closing duties and weekly maintenance
- Work closely with servers to clear and reset tables efficiently
- Control the flow of guests during peak hours
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized dining environment
