The position available is for Host-Bussers, a critical role that forms the first and last impression of the guests' dining experience. Host-Bussers at Islands Restaurants are energetic and outgoing individuals responsible for welcoming guests enthusiastically and ensuring excellent flow and seating control. The role involves close collaboration with servers to maintain cleanliness in the dining area and restrooms, uphold seating rotation, manage the waitlist efficiently, and complete various opening, closing, and weekly maintenance tasks.
