Job Requirements

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts per week
Upbeat, positive attitude
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Organized, high attention to detail
Craft beer knowledge is a plus

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience as a host or in a similar role within a restaurant setting
Familiarity with reservation management systems
Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and escort them to a table or the bar
Communicate with the waitstaff and bar about new tables and guests
Maintaining cleanliness of the dining room by bussing tables, running glassware through dishwasher, sweeping floors, rolling silverware, tidying bathrooms, etc
Observing and predicting the needs of guests and coworkers
Answering phone for to-go orders and answering customer questions
