Job Qualifications

  • Familiarity with reservation management systems
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to a table or the bar
  • Communicate with the waitstaff and bar about new tables and guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room by bussing tables, running glassware through dishwasher, sweeping floors, rolling silverware, tidying bathrooms
  • Observe and predict the needs of guests and coworkers
  • Answer phone for to-go orders and answer customer questions
