The role at Boilerhouse Prime offers advanced scheduling flexibility and the ability to swap or pick up shifts easily through a dedicated app, promoting a healthier work-life balance for team members passionate about the food and beverage industry. As a vital member of the Boilerhouse Prime team, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly and professionally, ensuring their complete satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Your day-to-day activities will include effectively managing guest seating and reservations, assigning servers to sections to optimize service flow, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the entryway, and fulfilling necessary side-work tasks. Beyond operational duties, you will foster teamwork within the staff and contribute to a friendly, safe, and engaging work environment that reflects the company’s core values.

Boilerhouse Prime staff are expected to act as ambassadors for the restaurant, maintaining a neat and professional appearance while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes. Being attentive and precise in responding to guest inquiries helps enhance the overall dining experience. Handling various payment methods efficiently is also a key component of this role. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform under high-volume conditions while standing for extended periods. Candidates who are flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, will find this role particularly fitting.
