Job Requirements

Must be 17 years or older
Must have strong customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
Availability to work a flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of reservation and seating management systems
Must be at least 17 years old

Job Duties

Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a positive first impression
Escort guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
Manage reservations and waitlists effectively to optimize seating and customer flow
Maintain a clean and organized host station area
Coordinate with the front of house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
Assist in maintaining the overall welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant
