Specializing in the resort and casino industry, Full House Resorts operates several properties that blend luxury accommodations with exciting gaming options and top-tier dining services. The company's focus on quality service, guest satisfaction, and a dynamic work environment makes it an attractive employer for individuals seeking a career in the hospitality sector. With a strong presence in the market, Full House Resorts offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and inclusive setting.

The role being offered is that of a Restaurant Host/Hostess, an essential frontline position responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests as they arrive at the restaurant. This position requires maintaining efficient guest flow through managing reservations, seating arrangements, and timely communication regarding wait times. The host/hostess acts as the initial point of contact for diners, serving as the face of the restaurant and setting the tone for an enjoyable dining experience. Duties include escorting guests to their tables, presenting menus, and handling special seating requests when possible. The role demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage guests positively, anticipate their needs, and address any issues professionally or by escalating them to management when necessary.

In addition to guest interaction, the Restaurant Host/Hostess is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. This includes keeping the host station and waiting area tidy, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and following all internal policies, including those related to gaming licenses and the Colorado Limited Gaming Act. The host/hostess works closely with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover and balance seating to prevent any server from being overwhelmed or underutilized.

The position requires physical stamina, including prolonged periods of walking, standing, and some lifting of up to 30 pounds, reflecting the dynamic and active environment of the hospitality industry. Flexibility in scheduling is crucial as shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full House Resorts offers a competitive starting wage of $20.00 or more per hour, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions after one year, paid time off, free transportation from nearby cities, local gym membership, tuition reimbursement, and exclusive resort perks.

Working as a Restaurant Host/Hostess at Full House Resorts means joining a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and memorable guest experiences. The employer emphasizes equal opportunity employment and complies with all federal laws regarding employee rights. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in high-energy, guest-focused environments and are eager to contribute to a vibrant hospitality team while advancing their careers in the resort and gaming industry.
