Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to work flexible and long hours when required
Ability to stand for the entire shift and exert up to 20 pounds of force
Ability to navigate throughout dining and kitchen areas
Ability to reach overhead, bend below the waist, and carry trays
Must maintain social distancing and service-oriented interactions
Commitment to cleanliness and following Covid-19 sanitation protocols
Maintain high standards of personal grooming and wear proper uniform and protective equipment when required

Job Qualifications

Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills
Ability to stand and maneuver throughout the shift
Ability to carry trays and handle hot and cold beverages
Experience in customer service preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of food service industry is an advantage
Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
Communicate accurate wait times to guests
Manage seating arrangements efficiently
Suggest favorite menu items to guests to enhance their dining experience
Maintain communication with guests and staff to ensure smooth operations
Continuously sanitize high-touch areas in the restaurant and restrooms
Adhere to company protocols for cleanliness and service standards
