Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to work in a team-focused environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

Greet every customer at the restaurant with a smile
Accurately cite wait times and manage reservations
Provide customers with special experiences
Escort guests to their tables and ensure a seamless experience
Offer a warm farewell and invitation to return
Focus on team and customers: every decision should consider both
Maintain attention to detail and multitask efficiently
