Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to work a variety of hours, days and shifts including weekends
Effective communication skills in English
Ability to multitask calmly and effectively
Physical ability to move and lift weights as described
Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
Ability to work in confined and crowded spaces

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

Manage reservations to effectively seat entire floor plans
Maintain complete and accurate guest records and reservation notes
Maintain positive guest relations at all times
Warmly greet, acknowledge and seat guests
Answer telephones and take orders, messages and reservations in prompt professional manner
Be available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts including weekends
Be knowledgeable in the various outlet menus and times of operation
Safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats
Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
Communicate in English to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken directions
Multitask calmly and effectively
Work in confined, crowded spaces with variable noise and temperature levels
Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
Stand and walk for entire shifts and move safely through all areas of the restaurant including stairs and uneven or slick surfaces
