Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work a variety of hours, days and shifts including weekends
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask calmly and effectively
- Physical ability to move and lift weights as described
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to work in confined and crowded spaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Manage reservations to effectively seat entire floor plans
- Maintain complete and accurate guest records and reservation notes
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Warmly greet, acknowledge and seat guests
- Answer telephones and take orders, messages and reservations in prompt professional manner
- Be available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts including weekends
- Be knowledgeable in the various outlet menus and times of operation
- Safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats
- Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
- Communicate in English to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken directions
- Multitask calmly and effectively
- Work in confined, crowded spaces with variable noise and temperature levels
- Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for entire shifts and move safely through all areas of the restaurant including stairs and uneven or slick surfaces
