Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant procedures and guest service etiquette

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly smile
  • Engage guests in courteous and professional conversation when seating and introducing servers
  • Manage the restaurant waiting list efficiently during high volume times to set accurate guest expectations
  • Ensure guest touch points and seating areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized
  • Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
  • Coordinate with servers and other front-of-house staff to maintain smooth seating flow
  • Assist with handling guest inquiries and resolving seating issues promptly
