Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet and assist guests in the dining room
Manage guest relations maintaining a hospitable environment
Take and process orders accurately
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hosting area
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
