Job Requirements

Must be 17 or older
Ability to provide friendly and welcoming customer service
Availability for flexible work schedules
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic understanding of reservation and seating systems
Willingness to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
Must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties

Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and make a positive first impression
Escort guests to their tables and ensure seating arrangements are followed
Manage reservations and waitlists effectively to optimize guest flow
Communicate clearly with both guests and team members to maintain smooth operations
Assist in keeping the host area clean and organized
Provide information about the menu and restaurant policies when asked
Collaborate with the service team to enhance the overall guest experience
