Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Flexible availability for shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is helpful but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay positive and energetic in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations beneficial
- Multilingual skills, especially Spanish, encouraged
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and promptly
- Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements
- Provide guests with menus and answer questions about the menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas
- Manage waitlists efficiently during busy periods
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff
- Invite guests to return and provide a positive last impression
