Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and greet guests warmly
- Ability to manage phone calls and reservation systems
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to assist team members and perform side work
- Dependability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Graciously greet guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Inform guests of their assigned servers
- Manage special seating requests in accordance with table availability
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, courtesy, and enthusiasm
- Take reservations and note special guest requests
- Relay messages to servers and bus persons
- Assist servers and bus persons as needed to ensure effective service
- Complete assigned side work duties
