Job Requirements

  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (at least eight hours)

Job Duties

  • Giving every Guest a warm Bombshells welcome within five seconds of walking through the door
  • When possible, open the front door for Guests entering or leaving the restaurant
  • When immediate seating is limited, record Guest names and number of people in party
  • Call out name and number of party when tables become available using the provided waitlist
  • Provide Guests with estimated waiting time
  • Accommodate special seating requests for Guests whenever possible (highchairs, booster seats, handicapped Guests, etc.)
  • Seat Guests based on Guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations
  • Upon seating, offer Guests a menu and rolled silverware and inform them of their Server's name
  • Inspect the table for proper presentation and completeness
  • Relay messages to Servers and Bussers as needed
  • Thank Guests as they leave and invite them to return
  • Keeping the Host area clean and clutter-free
  • Wiping down front doors and windows every 2-3 hours (more often if needed)
  • Cleaning menus and ensuring that Guests receive clean menus with no rips or tears
  • Answering the phone within three rings and following phone etiquette standards
  • Build relationships with regular Guests and greet them by name
