Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to provide excellent customer service
No prior criminal record that would disqualify employment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival
Manage timely and efficient seating for guests

Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the host station
Communicate effectively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest inquiries and concerns politely
Assist in managing reservations and waiting lists if applicable
