Job Requirements
- ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
- a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant team members
- be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with guests, inviting guests in, seating guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
- adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload
- ability to prioritize well and remember all guest requests
- embraces all Pacific Catch's core values, hospitality standards, and team member standards
- ability to operate a POS system and Open Table software
- ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions
- high school education required
- minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred
- must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
- must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming experience
- seat guests promptly and according to restaurant policies
- introduce the menu and answer guest questions
- manage reservations and seating assignments using POS and Open Table software
- answer incoming phone calls and handle guest inquiries
- maintain an organized and efficient flow at the host station
- accurately handle cash and process financial transactions
