Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic mathematical computation skills

Knowledge of food and beverage products is a plus

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly
Manage the flow of the restaurant and seating arrangements
Answer customer questions about menu items and specials
Handle To Go orders and merchandise sales
Follow up with guests to ensure a great experience
Monitor and maintain restaurant atmosphere including lighting and music volume
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld
