Job Requirements
- Provide a minimum of 1-year full service restaurant experience or equivalent
- Demonstrate accurate mathematic skills
- Know menu and specials
- Understand restaurant layout including table and station numbers
- Meet personal schedule requirements punctually
- Exhibit warm, sincere, outgoing personality
- Stand for long periods while on duty
- Move safely throughout all areas of the restaurant
- Work in noisy, confined, and crowded spaces
- Move chairs, high chairs, and booster seats to tables
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Be willing and able to fulfill all restaurant hosting duties
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests upon arrival
- Take reservation calls and record necessary information
- Confirm reservations according to operating procedures
- Manage waitlists and accurately quote wait times
- Seat guests evenly to ensure fair server distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host desk and waiting area
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Monitor guest count per section and adjust seating accordingly
- Coordinate with bus staff for cleaning and table setup
- Sell and account for gift certificate sales
- Assist in moving tables for various party sizes
- Provide friendly and professional guest interactions
