Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred

- Basic knowledge of reservation and seating management systems
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
- Engage in friendly conversation and introduce servers to guests
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume and set guest expectations accurately
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Ensure various guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Coordinate with servers and other front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain an organized and welcoming host station
