Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Ability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
Personal and energetic personality
Punctual and able to maintain uniform standards
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

Greet and seat customers upon arrival
Control the flow of the restaurant through efficient seating
Assist parties of all sizes including families, large groups, and business clients
Answer customer questions about menu items and specials
Handle To Go Orders and merchandise sales
Follow up with guests to ensure a great experience and promote upcoming events
Maintain the front of house atmosphere including lighting, music volume, and cleanliness
