Job Duties

Interact courteously with guests such as answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, and taking food orders
Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at the front door, host desk, lobby area, and managing crowd control
Learn the restaurant seating layout, including how tables are divided into server areas, and understand how to deliver food appropriately
Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications
Learn the curbside process and takeout expectations
Conduct side-work as required for each shift
Manage wait time communication and answer guest inquiries professionally
