Job Duties

Welcome Guests with BJ's signature greeting and a genuine smile
Maintain a fun, welcoming hospitality and lobby area
Manage seating and dining room wait times accurately via table management system
Build lasting connections with Guests to encourage repeat visits
Maintain accurate and even seating arrangements
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host station
Coordinate with servers and staff to optimize Guest flow
