Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating guests
- Introduce servers to guests and facilitate smooth hand-offs
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during busy periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Maintain guest touch points clean and sanitized throughout shifts
- Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Coordinate with servers and other staff to ensure seamless service
- Assist in seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and dining room capacity
