Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Excellent communication skills
Ability to operate reservation and delivery management software
Professional and clean appearance
Strong organizational skills
Availability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of restaurant menus and operations
Competence in managing financial transactions related to deliveries

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant
Take reservations using OpenTable
Construct and manage the waitlist
Escort guests to their seats and provide menus
Plan and organize dining areas during the shift
Communicate effectively with the management team
Handle phone calls and guest queries regarding the restaurant and menu
Run the delivery service using Aloha and online delivery services
Account for all delivery financial transactions
Prepare, maintain, break down, and clean the work area according to designated side work
