Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide an inviting first impression
  • Escort guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
  • Manage reservations and maintain a wait list during peak times
  • Communicate effectively with the front of house team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • Support other front of house team members as needed to deliver excellent customer service
