Job Requirements

- Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Capability to manage guest waiting lists efficiently
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide engaging hospitality
- Manage the seating of guests and introduce servers
- Maintain and manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- Set accurate guest expectations regarding wait times
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Ensure guest touchpoints are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Support smooth operation of the dining room through effective communication
