Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 years or older

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
  • Escort guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods
  • Provide great customer service as part of the Front of House team
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth service
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
