Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Legal authorization to work in the country
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to provide excellent customer service consistently
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of reservation and waitlist management systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining poise
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Escort guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods
- Provide great customer service as part of the Front of House team
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
