Job Duties

Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome
Ensure that guests feel welcomed and cared for while they wait to be seated
Maintain wait times and keep an eye out for open tables
Exhibit teamwork by helping out as needed
Manage the host stand and assist with dining room flow
Provide excellent customer service ensuring guest satisfaction
Handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
