Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Job Duties
- Serve as the customer's first impression of service in the restaurant
- Greet all incoming customers with a smile and by opening the door
- Warmly invite the customer to find a table wherever they'd prefer or show them to waiting chairs along the front, ensuring them of a short wait
- Manage the order of waiting customers to ensure prompt seating as tables become available
- Diligently thank customers as they leave and invite them to come back
- Stock and maintain the self-service coffee bar for waiting customers
- Hand menus to waiting customers and answer questions regarding the menu, food preparation, and wait times
