Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly under pressure

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Basic computer skills for operating reservation systems

Job Duties

Provide a warm welcome to each and every guest who calls or visits the restaurant
Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating guests, and providing a warm farewell to departing guests
Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their table and engaging them along the way
Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
Be a team player and work well with others
