The role of Host at Original Roadhouse Grill is pivotal in ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they enter until they leave. In addition to managing guest seating, the Host processes and packages take-out orders, answers phones promptly, and maintains the cleanliness and safety standards of the lobby area. The Host must be well groomed and neatly dressed in a clean uniform, adhering to the dress code outlined in the employee handbook. Physical demands of the role include standing, walking, reaching, and light cleaning tasks throughout an eight-hour shift. Occasionally, the Host may carry light loads such as soiled plates or supplies. The working environment is mainly climate-controlled but may include exposure to heat and humidity when assisting in the kitchen during take-out order packaging.

Compensation for the Host position is $15.00 per hour, and the role reports directly to the Restaurant Manager.
