Job Requirements

Ability to greet guests warmly and communicate clearly
Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
Basic math skills to manage guest wait times
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Passion for food and guest service

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests of accurate wait times and manage waitlist
Maintain the highest standard of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Work closely with store management and team members to foster a team-oriented environment
Ensure each guest has a memorable dining experience by living out the CPK High 5
Assist in creating a fun and friendly atmosphere for guests and staff
Monitor guest flow and communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
