We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Host to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a crucial role in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. This role involves greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome as soon as they enter the restaurant. The Host will also be responsible for understanding and accommodating guests' dining needs, managing the waitlist, and accurately estimating wait times to keep the dining flow smooth and efficient. Maintaining and managing the seating chart will be a key task, ensuring that the restaurant operates at its best capacity without compromising customer satisfaction.

In addition to managing the front-of-house seating and guest interactions, the Host will monitor restaurant activity and adjust seating arrangements accordingly. The position also requires prompt and courteous responses to guest inquiries and requests, answering phone calls, and assisting with reservations or general questions. The Host will perform opening and closing duties as assigned, support team members with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and handling to-go orders, and collaborate with other team members and departments to maintain smooth operations and a positive work environment.
