Hosts are responsible for greeting and escorting guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and timeliness while adhering to established guest service protocols. As the Host, your primary focus will be to welcome guests warmly, offer them seating options, and present menus, making them feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. You will maintain the dining room setup to our high standards and assist with service functions as required by management. A critical aspect of your role includes managing communication between shifts through careful logbook entries and handling reservation requests and special function arrangements efficiently. Our commitment to sustainability is embodied in following the EarthView program guidelines, and your compliance with health and safety standards, such as MSDS and OSHA, ensures a safe working environment for all. This position offers hourly compensation ranging between $18.00 and $18.50 and requires flexibility to work on holidays and weekends. Given the physical nature of this role, the ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting is essential.
